Mrs. Tracey began her legal career in Wisconsin, after graduating from Marquette Law School in Milwaukee. In 2014, she relocated to Michigan, joining Novara Tesija in early 2015. Mrs. Tracey focuses her practice within Employee Benefits Law, especially representing multiemployer benefit plans in federal collections litigation under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA). She has also asserted plans' rights as creditors in bankruptcies and receiverships, and filed construction lien and bond claims in order to collect on monetary judgments won against delinquent employers.

Mrs. Tracey completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2009. She received her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School in 2012.

Mrs. Tracey is a licensed member of both the Michigan and Wisconsin State Bar Associations, with admissions to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. She is also a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and the Washtenaw County Bar Association.
